Title: Brown Bagger's White Bread

  **For the 1-1/2 lb. loaf**
1/2cWater
1/2cMilk (add 2 tbsp. more water for DAK/Welbilt mach)
1 Egg
3cBread flour
3tbWheat germ or bran
2tbInstant potato flakes
1 1/2tsSalt
1 1/2tbOil
3tbSugar
1 1/2tsRed star yeast (2 tsp. for Dak/Welbilt; 3 tsp for Panasonic/

Place all ingredients in pan, select Light Crust and press Start.
